There are no words to describe how amazing Samone and her team are - but I will try! I am a project manager by training, I am a perfectionist with a crazy attention to detail, so I knew finding a planner I could hand over control to would be a huge challenge for me. Samone delivered beyond my wildest dreams - she managed every detail up to the big day, kept me organized, coordinated with all our vendors (the hotel, the shuttles, the ceremony venue, the reception venue, the DJ, florist, bakery, and every other step in between!), and made sure every detail of my 200 person wedding went off without a hitch. We hired Samone at the last minute, and it was one of the best decisions we made. She was very instrumental in the scheduling and coordination of our weddings vendors and events.  Initially, my husband and I planned most of our wedding. However, as the days got closer and with COVID seeming to go nowhere we looked into hiring a day-of coordinator. I am so glad we did, because there were trivial things, being a first timer to this wedding thing, that we didn’t take into consideration. For example, how empty a table would look with just one table setting instead of two, or how flowers can add up but there are some fakes that look close to real. When we brought on Samone it was such a relief because she considered all of the little things and did everything so graciously and effortlessly. We worked so great together it felt like I was talking to a family member when we spoke about updates. We were almost to the finish line until boom new COVID restrictions hit exactly 29 days before our wedding. Due to a bunch of factors we opted not to have the wedding but even then Samone didn’t leave our side. She helped us weigh the options to make sure we made the best decision for us. She worked with us to get back vendor deposits or arrange alternative uses for them. When our wedding day came I felt like I wasn’t missing out on my big day because she arranged for us to be able to still take pictures at the venue.

When I first met with Samone, I immediately was drawn to her big welcoming smile! We met at a coffee shop and it felt very laid back, like I was meeting with a friend. She knew what questions to ask. She took tons of notes. She really was there to learn what it was that I wanted for my dream day. We legit knew right away we’d found our event planner! From day one she was there for us. She fought for us. She reassured us. She was a million percent transparent about every detail with us. Samone took my vision and added their beautiful flair and spice and made our day surpass everything I’d ever envisioned it would be. I knew I could rely on her and trust her with everything implicitly. She was all inclusive for a fraction of EVERY other planner I’d spoken to. On top of that, she was the only one we had that gut feeling about, too. Best part of it all (besides having the most beautiful day of my life) was getting to know her and her team along the journey towards our wedding day. Samone and her ladies are seriously so kind, caring, professional and strong! I wish I could get married to my husband all over just so I could go through this process again.
